Thank you for shopping at MAOMI. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer you the opportunity to return products under the conditions set out below. This return policy is in addition to our shipping costs and delivery policy, which are also part of our terms and conditions.
- right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us a clear declaration (e.g. by email to office@maomi.de) of your decision to cancel the contract.
- return period and conditions
The return period is 30 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Personalized or specially made products are excluded from the right of return unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.
- return costs
Return costs vary depending on the order and reason for return. Please check our shipping costs to see if the return costs in your case are borne by you or by us.
- Customers bear the return costs if they exercise their right of withdrawal without product defects or shipping errors. MAOMI offers free returns for the countries DEU, AUT, BEL, DNK, LUX, NLD.
- MAOMI will cover the return shipping costs if the product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered.

- Contact us: Inform us of your intention to return the item by email to office@maomi.de and state your order number.
- Packaging of the goods: Pack the product securely in the original packaging. Make sure that the goods are in perfect condition.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to be credited to your account.
- transport damage and defective goods
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please report the damage to our customer service immediately after receiving the goods at office@maomi.de. To speed up processing, please send us photos of the damaged goods and the packaging.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure that you receive either a refund or a replacement of the faulty product.
- exchange of products
Direct exchange of products is currently not possible. If you would like a different product, we ask that you return the original product and place a new order.
- Exclusions from the right of return
- Personalized products: Goods made to your specific specifications (e.g. engraved or specially made products) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Used or damaged items: Items that have been used or damaged and are no longer in a resalable condition are not returnable.
- International Returns
