The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected against transport damage.
Please check the packaging before opening and take photos of any external damage. In the unlikely event that the product is also damaged, the logistics company must be informed immediately upon delivery. Please also send an email to office@maomi.de.
We work with the courier services DHL and DPD as well as various shipping companies. The packages are delivered directly to your home.
